It's Almost Testing Season....Do You Have Your Shiny Pencils Ready?

​It’s getting close to test season, so I made sure I had my order of shiny pencils in.  I know I've spoken about these before, but they’re just my favorite! Every time I use one during a staff meeting, someone comments on them. Aside from giving them to my students to “up” their test mojo, I give them as gifts throughout the year. Students aren’t the only people who are enamored by the shininess! I love to include them as a small gifts with cards that I hand out during the holidays – taped right to the front. They always bring a smile.  I’ll keep a special stack to the side for writing final drafts of any writing assignment. Aside from being awesome to look at, they’re really great pencils. ​

Of course, they’re Ticonderoga! The price fluctuates, so I keep my eye out and check in with amazon just to see if it’s time to replenish my supply. Sometimes, they’re out of stock, but I still order them to get the great price – it’s worth the wait!
